Subprocessors

IQ8 Technology, Inc. (“IQ8”) engages the third-party subprocessors listed below to process customer data in connection with providing the Platform. Each subprocessor is subject to data protection obligations that are substantially the same as, and no less protective than, those set out in IQ8’s Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), and IQ8 remains responsible for each subprocessor’s performance of its obligations.

Changes to This List

IQ8 maintains the current and complete list of subprocessors on this page and will keep it up to date. IQ8 provides notice of any intended addition or replacement of a subprocessor — including by updating this list and, where a customer has subscribed to notifications, by an email or in-product notification mechanism — at least thirty (30) days before authorizing the new subprocessor to process customer data, as described in the DPA. Customers may object to a new subprocessor in accordance with the notice-and-objection process set out in the DPA.
